ECA Member's New Ecclesiastical Endorsement Application
Member's Military Ecclesiastical Endorsement Application Instructions:
- This application is to be used for ECA members seeking ecclesiastical endorsement for appointment as a chaplain in the Armed Forces, VA, Federal Bureau of Prisons, or Civil Air Patrol endorsement.
- Include all information requested and electronically submit the application. If it was submitted properly, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Retain it for your records.
- You must be a member in good standing in order to have a new endorsement processed.
- Fees:
- One-time Ecclesiastical Endorsement Fee $100.00 for the first endorsement.
- Application for Ecclesiastical Endorsement Fee $25.00
